Our menus are designed to reflect the bounty of the Cape, with specific emphasis on freshness and food provenance. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although we are located inside of the beautiful Coopmanhuijs Boutique Hotel, we welcome reservations and walk-ins from outside patrons – subject to availability. Thank you for considering Helena’s. We are open seven days a week. Please note you are welcome to bring your own wine, we charge a corkage fee of R80 per bottle.

We cater for private functions and small groups, celebrating special events like birthday’s, private dinners, special anniversaries, baby showers, functions, book launches, canapé- and year-end functions and more. Please email us for a quotation.

A quaint pretty setting with very friendly, kind, and courteous staff from the hotel/restaurant reception to the actual restaurant staff. Special mention of Primleen and Primrose who were delightful in engagement and even when there was a minor hiccup with the kitchen were really good with feedback and turnaround. We enjoyed the ambiance, the quality of food, and the general service. Keep up the efforts!"
